· Communicated with various Alltel departments through the exchange of emails, phone calls and face-to-face conversations in an effort to uncover and fix errors and inconsistencies on prints received.

· Drafted telecommunication drawings and posted accurate facilities in cad (i.e. poles, cables, terminals using) using MicroStation and Framme that are both connected to Real-time Microsoft Access Databases.

· Trained extensively for 2 years to write and present enthusiastic speeches and presentations for small to large groups of people. Although, the preparation time allowed at competition is minimal, extensive training and research was necessary to effectively communicate with an audience of various backgrounds in a manner that all can understand.
· Eventually became the #1 Extemporaneous Speaker in Ohio
· Awarded for Extemporaneous Speaking in 1996 with two Silver Medals and in 1997 with two Gold Medals at both regional and state levels. enhanced
